Pro-aging or functional medicine, is an approach to health that aims to treat the root cause of disease, rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

It considers the human being as a whole, taking into account the interactions between different systems such as: lifestyle (sport, sleep, stress), diet (varied, balanced...), at biological level (digestion, immune system, hormonal system...) or biochemical level (vitamins, minerals...).

Functional medicine uses in-depth tests, nutritional advice, lifestyle changes and sometimes supplements or treatments.

In short, pro-aging or functional medicine aims to improve health by understanding the root causes of imbalances and offering personalized solutions for each individual.

Pro-Aging Assessment

The Functional Health Assessment is a comprehensive approach that evaluates your well-being in depth. It takes into account your medical history, diet, sleep, stress levels and environment.

Stress/Burn-Out Balance Sheet

Stress and burn-out are closely related, yet distinct. Stress is the body's normal reaction to pressure or demands perceived as difficult to manage. In the short term, it can be motivating, driving us to accomplish tasks or meet challenges. Helping us to manage and control this stress can prevent us from becoming chronically stressed and risking burn-out.
